At Bare Lather Co, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless items are damaged, defective or incorrect. Please refer to section 2.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue
• Your order number

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund. 

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom items

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees are refundable if return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges due to the nature of our products.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at admin@barelather.com.au with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" and include:

• Reason for return
• Product(s) you’d like to return
• Clear photo of the item and packaging

We’ll respond with next steps and a return address.

7. Shipping Your Return

When return is due to a damaged or incorrect item we will provide you with shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
